We accept PayPal payment for orders. For PayPal eCheck, we will not ship until the payment is cleared; orders that have been on hold (order is placed, but payment has not cleared) for more than a week, will be canceled.
SHIPPING & PROCESSING TERMS
We are unable to add or remove items to an order that has been placed. Orders may be combined but cannot be modified. Once an order is placed, we are unable to change it. If missed any items, a new order can be placed. If order have not yet been shipped, it might be possible to combine them.
We strive to ship as soon as possible, but do not guarantee shipment dates. Order is shipped to the delivery address filled by customer when ordering. This address is noted in the email sent to the customer upon ordering and is also available in the account order history. For international orders, the customer is responsible for any tariffs, taxes, fees, VAT, duties due upon receipt. Customer is responsible for filing any claims with carriers for damaged and/or lost shipments.
We strongly recommend using a traceable shipping method (FedEx). Use of non-traceable shipping (postal air mail) is at customer’s own risk and there is no way to retrieve or locate the package once it has been sent. We are not responsible for delays, loss or damage resulting from shipments sent to incorrect addresses or correct addresses.
Order might get returned for various reasons, including: not paying customs duty, incorrect address …etc. If a shipment is returned, the customer will be contacted and will have to pay for re-shipping fee. We are not responsible for damaged or lost packages shipped via postal airmail.
Orders cannot be canceled once they are shipped out. Goods cannot be returned for any reason unless the item is defective, in which case the following applies.
All goods are checked during production. In the unlikely case that the goods are defective, they must be returned to us at the address listed on your order invoice within 60 days of receipt, providing that the goods have not been altered beyond necessary to evaluate and have no physical damage. Manufacturing defects identified during that period will be replaced with the same item.
We will not accept goods that have been used more than the amount needed to evaluate their functionality. If the returned goods are found to be in working condition, no refund will be made, and the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense. We’ll not provide exchange if there is evidence that the goods have been modified or damaged by the customer; the goods will be returned to the customer at their expense. The returned item must be as it was shipped, with no modifications, original packaging and contents.
Returning shipment is the responsibility of customer. RMAs are required for returns. Once an RMA has been issued, customer has to return the item within 7 days of the issue date. If the item is not shipped in that timeframe, the RMA becomes void.
Any order discrepancies, such as missing parts, must be communicated within 30 days of order receipt. Beyond the 30 day window, we cannot be responsible for any missing items.
Your phone number, order history, email, shipping and billing addresses are stored in your user account. Your credit card information is directed to Paypay upon checking out; it will not be stored by us. User information is only used to ship goods and contact the customer in case there is issue with the order. We will not provide your information to any third-party or send you unsolicited advertisements.

Harassment in any manner or form on the site is strictly forbidden. Impersonation of others is prohibited. You may not upload to, distribute, or otherwise publish through the site any content which is defamatory, obscene, threatening, invasive of privacy or publicity rights, abusive, illegal, or otherwise objectionable which may constitute or encourage a criminal offense, violate the rights of any party or which may otherwise give rise to liability or violate any law.
